Target bitterness 35 IBU. Boiling all fermentables 90 mins to get better caramelization and color - may have to add back water - monitor.

Primary fermentation @ 50°, monitor.
Diacetyl rest @ 65°, 2 days.
Secondary fermentation @ 33°, 28 days.
