Total water will increase after adding boiling water for 2nd mash step.
Using R.O. water, per 5 gal bucket, I add 3.3 g of Gypsum, 1.5 grams Cal Chloride, 0.5 g Kosher salt, 0.5 g Epsom salt. Target ph of 5.2
After winning a couple local homebrew competitions I entered it in Dixie Cup, and AHA sanctioned competition, and took Gold in the American Standard Beer competition.
