Notes
I made this version and it is so much smoother and cheaper than the original recipe. More information can be found at berusbrewery.com Pliny the Elder 4.0. The Author Scott explains how he came across this recipe and his perception of it. I made this with minor tweaks. I used magnum hops for bitterness. and scaled back the hop additions 1 oz at 0 minutes. I added 30 pounds of 2 row and 10oz of sugar cane for easy math. I am going to brew this version soon I will post my version as Pliny the Elder 4.1 and gallons.
