Mash at 150 degrees for 1 hour. Boil 60 minutes while adding hops. Pitch yeast at 65 degrees. Ferment for 7 days. Dry hop at 65 degrees lower temp by 2 degrees each day for 14 days. Cold condition for 10 days at 34 degrees.
