Notes

Brewed Nov 21, snow on ground, Roxy the foster is here. Boil went perfectly, quick drop temp to 90F. Did not add oak chips yet.

Also, forgot to get molasses. Will buy when I drop Roxy for meet and greet. Done.

Initial OG is only 1.048. Added a bit too much water. Pitched yeast at 78F and placed in tool room at 60F.
