Notes

BOG MYRTLE:

Added 1 oz of dried leaves (purchased on Etsy) to separate hot water (around 200 F) and steeped for about 20-30 minutes. Got an INTENSELY strong myrtle tea from that, which we poured into the boil at about 1 minute left (to make sure that the tea got to boiling point, but not much further).

If you found this recipe and are wondering about the Bog Myrtle:

We weren't really able to taste it. I would double the myrtle (at least) if you are giving this a shot!
