Notes

This was an attempt to clone a Sierra Nevada Audition Double IPA. The original called for Comet, Azacca, Chinook and Idaho 7 hops. I couldn't source Idaho 7 so I substituted Mosaic. All in all I am happy with the result. The original from Sierra was not very bitter and was really "juicy". My version is a little sweeter almost like a wine for lack of a better description. I would prefer that it be just a shade more bitter. I am pleased enough with the end result to make this again, but next time I will definitely use Idaho and maybe raise the bitterness a few points. I think a little tweaking is all that will be required.
