11/26/19: Efficiency and boil off not quite what expected (originally 70% and 2.75 gallons) so had to add about 3oz sugar syrup.
45 seconds of O2, pitched yeast, left at ambient 63-65 for first 48 hours then raised to 67 for duration.
12/4: FG at 1.009 as estimated. Dry hops added in primary.
12/9: Bottled to about 2.3 vol CO2
