Added syrup to the end — was off on OG but got to target. Hops make it smell pretty great so far. Had more hop mash loss as expected.

0.8 oz Mosaic (Pellet) for 6 days — I didn’t have mosaic so I used Eureka/Citra blend instead. 1.65 oz Citra (Pellet) for 3 days 1.65 oz Idaho-7 (Pellet) for 3 days CO2 purge the head.
