Notes

After bottle aging for a few weeks, beer takes on a nice, balanced profile. Hops are relatively subtle compared to many current IPAs, and work nicely with the caramel malt. Notes of pine.

Beer is an amber color, very slight haze, with a very nice carbonation level.

Solid, but not the hop aroma I was hoping for. More of a balanced pale - bit too dark in color. Would likely not brew again.
