Notes
V 2.1 - Brewed 30 May 20 - Split between White Labs WLP 540 (Abbey IV Ale Yeast) and WLP 545 (Belgian Strong Ale Yeast)
Mashed at 148 for 1 hour 6 gallons
double batch spare with 180* Water, 5 gallons each to get 14 gallons in the kettle
First Sample - 4 June 20 - Abbey IV Ale - super dry - peach on the nose; peach bananas and pears on the tongue; clean, quick finish. May not add any honey. It tastes pretty good already.
