Notes
This was originally intended to be a version of 21st Amendment's Brew Free or Die IPA (which is delicious af). But I decided to take it up a notch by reducing the boil to 60 minutes and cranking up the overall intensity a bit.
Brew and dry hop like you would any other IPA. There's nothing complicated here.
I call it The Sandy Pickle because my nickname is Pickles and my step mom's name is Sandy and this was brewed at her request.
