Notes
Bake weed at 300 for like 20 minutes or so.
Soak weed in 9oz Everclear (200 proof) for 1 week.
Strain tincture. Add solids with 15 minutes left of the boil.
Fine with irish moss, gelatin.
Add tincture to bottling bucket FIRST.
Transfer beer to bottling bucket to encourage mixing.
Bottle as normal. Yeast is good up to 12% ABV.
