Notes
This recipe is a culmination of pooled efforts between JL and DK.
It is Preceeded by prior brews of Sweet Spot (to sweet, probably because of an extended boil) and Sun Spot not bad but overcompensated with too many bitter hops.
Not to say this is the Goldilocks but the recipe is between the aforementioned and considerable effort to minimize oxygen and oxidation following the brew remains a focus.
