Notes
Added 3.5 oz lactose with 5 min remain in boil. Added 1 oz Amarillo at 10 minutes left. Cooled to 170 and added 1 oz mosaic and 1oz simcoe. Steeped 20 minutes. Cooled to 75 and pitched. Adding slightly less than 1/2 TBSP mccormicks vanilla extract at bottling. May have been higher than 170°. Dryhopped on Day 4 with 1 oz simcoe. Final gravity 1.020. Brewed 10/31/19. Bottled 1.75 gallons 11/11/19. Used 1.5 oz priming sugar. Filled 1 32 oz growler, one old Maine Beer bottle, and 13 12 oz bottles
