Trillium Inspired Pale with a Kveik twist
Chill to 38c and pitch. Make sure to raise the temp of the yeast starter to match
Used the short and shoddy method - half hour mash and half hour boil. Total of 3.5 hours for the brew day. Yeast started within two hours of pitching at 26 degrees
