6.5 gallons Mash water - Add 1.4 tsp CC and 1 tsp Gyp
1 gallon Sparge water - Add 0.2 tsp CC and 0.2 tsp Gyp
NO YEAST NUTRIENT
Need 2.5hrs to heat water (Set to 160)
Mash at 156 (Check actual temp with thermometer and see what it is).

10:30 added water and set to 160
Interesting with both elements running and set to normal it heated up in 1 hr 10 mins
Heater problems
2:40 mash in at 159 then set temp to 155
Stirred a lot and then set up pump and continued to stir for a couple mins
3:10 gave it a good stir
3:40 lifted basket and began sparge. Had heated sparge to 160 at the start.
4:35 boil started added .33oz warrior
4:20 turned pump o n to sterilize college, temp never came back to boil
4:25 turned heat off and cooled to 185 and added hops
Got it cooled to around 72. Pitched yeast directly and set temp to 68
11/29 added first dry hop
12/3 added second dry hop and raised temp to 71
12/6 set temp to 55*
12/8 kegged
Set to 30psi for about 18 hours
