Recipe derived from Farmhouse Ales by Phil Markowski, saison classic version (pg. 181) using my home-grown Cascade hops (AA 7-ish) for an American twist.
Used filtered, local Van Nuys, CA tap water allowed to gas-off for several weeks.
Used Admiral Maltings Gallagher's Best organic malt: Color (SRM) 2.2-3.2
1/12/2020 Notes: Sampled this today and this recipe turned out very nice.

This was my first crack at a saison and it came out quite good despite swapping in my home-grown Cascade hops for the typical noble hops. I'll brew this again.
