This beer was rad! Perfect addition for the Holiday season and did a great job on the fermentation. Was ready much sooner than expected, therefore, was done before I expected as well! Everyone enjoyed for the Holiday. Be sure to re-rack after 4 weeks. I made the mistake of using two kegs and not removing enough yeast/sediment.
