Notes
- For the vanilla beans, spit them lengthwise, scrape the seeds and stuff out of them and add it to the fermenter. Chop up the beans into 2-3 inch pieces and add them in too. Leave in secondary for 10-14 days.
- Add the bourbon to bottling bucket or keg
