Notes
We have been making this recipe for several years, usually we make a partial mash, with 44 oz. Of British DME, 22 oz. Of Dutch DME, 3# maris otter and 1# 40L crystal. All our other brews are all grain and so I converted it due to the cost. Also I couldn't find Dutch DME, Which apparently the original recipe writer thought would help with body. Hopefully its better! Cheers!
