3.5 oz Malley's Dark Chocolate, chopped, mixed with hot wort until completely melted at 15 minutes. Add back to kettle and finish boil.

2 lbs of unsweetened shredded coconut baked @ 350 F for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown then bagged and added to the keg.

4 oz Cocoa Nibs in secondary.
