Target Water Profile
Warrenton, Virginia USA City Tap Water
Notes
First time milling my own grain. It went pretty well. No stuck sparge or stuck mash. So, I'll count that as a win.
Forgot to put in the 5.2 stabilizer until halfway through the mash. I haven't been doing it until now at all, so it's probably still better than before.
Looks like Mash PH came in as 5.3. That's better than previous, so I'll take it. Looks like pre-boil gravity was 1.063 checked with refractometer and hydrometer.
