Use Pacific Jade hops NOT Pacific Gem. Program doesn't have this hop in pull down menu.
Ran out of gypsum so could not get the sulphate numbers high. Generally cutback on all additions to get a softer water profile.
Stirred the mash every 20 mins or so and finally got some decent efficiency. Lesson for all future brews.
