Notes

Single infusion mash - 1 hour at 150 degrees. I considered a step mash, but there was some conflicting information about that, so I skipped it.

Other additives:
1 tsp Irish moss
1/2 tsp calcium chloride
2 tsp Fermax yeast nutrient

It came out darker and with a lower ABV, but it tasted A-OK.
