Notes

This is a batch of leftover grains, thrown together to see what comes of it. Will add info as I go.
Off the top of my head it looks similar to an amber i do pretty frequently. may change the hops at the last minute depending on how i feel on brew day.
Will add 2 gallons of chilled water after the boil to assist with getting to chill temp and batch volume prior to adding yeast.
