Notes

Iron Brewer recipe. Worked nicely. I added the fruit puree 2 days into fermentation. Attenuated nicely, nice tart beer with cranberry flavor. No discernible banana flavor or aroma. This would make a wonderful banana cranberry beer so next brew will be using Weissbier yeast.
