Notes

Make a large batch of pilsner/munich base beer then split into 2 x 4.5L demijohns.

Ferment one with a sachet of Buldog B34 German lager yeast to make a Helles. Dry-hop the other with 5g of another mid-AA hop (eg Styrian Goldings or Fuggles) and ferment with Bulldog B16 Saison.
