-Add chocolate additions at flameout and whirlpool for a few minutes to dissolve
-Cold crash and rack over to keg before coffee additions
-1st coffee addition - dry bean: add 2 ounces of whole coffee beans to keg in muslin bag for 2 days before removing; Sumatra or another medium-dark roast
-2nd coffee addition - cold brew concentrate 4 oz beans (coarse grind) with 20 ounces boiled and cooled water (1:5 ratio of beans [oz] to water [fl oz]); steep for 20 hours at room temperature; Kona or another light-medium roast
-Target medium-high to high carbonation (2.5-3.0 volumes CO2)
