Notes
Brewed for Mara on her birthday. Using new 10 gallon kettle + 1500W heat stick. Adjusted calculated mash/sparge volumes down - 18 qts instead of 19.3 for sparge.
Double milled 8 out of 15 lbs grain.
Preboil 13.3 brix - 1.052. 16.3 brix OG. Pitched at 70 f. Finished 6.7 brix, 1.009
Great IPA, needs 3 weeks to arrive at perfection. Also needs adequate carbonation...
