Mash was to hot, expected 12 loss due to mash in. Clearly don't lose that much in the electric turkey fryer. I'll plan on 5 degrees f next time. Mashing for 90 to 120 minutes. Need to make a dip stick for the turkey fryer. Still just needed to brew so what the heck I mashed in.
