My shot at the single shot recipe, courtesy
Funny story this beer, came out tasting of stainless steel, bad.
hung onto it tried it over a 3 week or so period, pulled from fermenter, intended on buying a distiller and running it thru, forgot about it till march 20th or so, WOW, very nice saison, unsweet, very drinkable, not a hint of the steel taste. Shows to go ya.
