Notes
The Apple juice is just 1 gallon of Kirkland Organic apple juice - its hard to make juices by the gallon work in this calculator.
Boil the lemon grass, ginger, and half gallon additional apple juice together, let cool, then add to secondary after stabilizing. Add the dry hops then.
Let sit in secondary for 7 days, then cold crash, and rack to keg
