Notes

Originally brewed as a prototype for the IPA that would get Gewurtztraminer grape juice. The Idaho 7 is pretty heavy-handed and completely overwhelmed the Mandarina. Think cutting the amount somewhat and adding a second hop in the dry-hop would balance the beer more.

Dry-hop amount is for 5bbl.
