2 kg of flowers of "GEITRAMS" also called Willow herb (Chamerion angustifolium) was pasteurized in 13 L og warm water added 50 g citric acid and sugar. Beautiful purple colour.

Combined with Yellowness from Malt the color tended to be pink peach

What a good suprise this one was. Floral, flowery summer beer, which the guys hated and girls loved. Had a pinkish colour :-)
