Notes
Harvested yeast that was dried and from the freezer - about 3 teaspoons of flakes. Started off with WLP810 in the starter but it did not start (too old), so I added the harvested kveik and it kicked in right away.
Over did it on the gypsum - not sure if that would affect anything
