AKA Pigeon Poo Porter. Don't ask.
Mash at 155F for 60 minutes. Complex well-rounded flavors. Go with a high mash pH at 5.5 for smooth roast character. Pigeon poo in the BK is optional but not recommended if you can avoid it.
Dry hop it with more chinook of you like, but not needed IMHO.
Works well with Voss Kveik yeast too!
