Notes
I'm conscious that this is a lot of hops but these are what I have around the brewshed and I really, really like cascade.
I want a zingy, hazy, sessionable summer beer. I hope that the wheat will promote head retention.
I have Safale US04 and Safale US05 yeasts. I've gone for the 05 because I really like the fruit notes it brought to the stout I brewed but, also, I have some session beer on our bar from a local craft brewer who I really admire and that's an amazing beer which uses US05
