Notes

BIAB Calc says it should be around 5.4 gallons so just fitting in my kettle. Top up with 1.5 gal of water after boil to hit 5 gal. Actual predicted ABV of 5.8%. Split the saison into 2.5 gal and 2.5 gal. Then do half with Brett after primary.
