Notes
We made a starter of 115 grams DME in 1 liter of water 3 days before brew day. Pitched yeast into the Ehrlenmeyer flask and kept on a stir plate. the yeast appeared to multiply as expected and nothing visually indicates there was any issue with this process.
Water:
4.88 - Strike water
3.18 - Sparge water
8.02 - Boil
Into the fermentor with 5.5 gallons.
