Notes
This is my first smash with mosaic. Lately my efficiency hasn't been too great so I'm trying this on a whim. That's why the grain bill looks kind of big. Also my dead space in the mash tun is equivalent to 1 gallon, so that makes strike water quantity and temp a little challenging to get it right. First brew is today, 6/23/19.
6/24/19: Very strong fermentation in conical fermenter @ 6:00AM this morning (pitched at 5:45pm last night,6 gal), set up my blow-off tube etc. right away. Home from work @5:45PM even stronger.
