Notes
Ferment at 19 C (66 F) for seven days. Ramp up to 70 F for three days.
Day 0: Chill to 62 F, let rise to 66 F
Day 1: 66 F, dry hop #1
Day 2 or 3: at 4 to 8 points above FG, 66 F, transfer to keg, dry hop #2, spund
Day 7: 72 F, finishing
Day 10: 32 F, cold crash
Day 12: 32 F, transfer to new keg
Day 15: Serve
