Notes

Subbed Cascade for Centennial (none on hand) and adjusted quantity to match IBU.

Subbed Gladiator dextrin malt + 3g Citric acid for Sour Grapes malt (none on hand). Combination to help pH, add head retention without overly affecting body or adding sweetness. Sour grapes malt would be preferred, or lactic acid or phosphoric acid, but Citrus works with these hops in this style.
