Notes
whirlpool cascade hops and 10lbs of the hibiscus powder for 5 minutes. Let sit for 20 minutes and then transfer to fermentor.
Once fermentation is complete drop yeast and trube off of tank and use the hop cannon to blast 200lbs of watermelon into the fermentor for the beer to sit on until it gets the correct flavor.
