Notes

Buffalo Trace barrel preferred. Grain bill was not modified as it was built for a high gravity imperial stout that will pair perfectly with being barrel aged. We omitted the 20 minute Galena aroma addition because it will be nullified in the barrel. We bumped up the 60 minute addition to compensate for the removal of the 20 minute addition and expected loss of bitterness while aging.
