19:35 -> 22 liter kraanwater 55 graden
mout extract toegevoegd (moutextract): 2860 gram -> 1040 SG (80gr)
19:52 -> 80 graden
20:18 -> 100 graden (rollend) + 27,5 gr hop (Cascade); gist in 175 ml moutextract opgelost
21:04 -> 40 gr hop (Cascade)
21:20 -> 1 uur gekookt met hop, 10 minuten laten bezinken (88graden), bij het filtreren kwam beetje bezinksel mee (SG 1050), eind volume 18 liter. 1,5 liter terug in de pan, daarna nagenoeg geen bezinksel
gistvat onstond direct wit schuim, na vat dicht goed geschut
na 6 dagen ovegeheveld in 4 * 4,5 liter vat (volume vat 5,5l).
in 2 vaten dry hop toegevoegd, beide 20 gr (5g/l). nadat er geen activiteit zichtbaar was de vaten 3 dagen koud weggezet.
gebotteld; 2,5 gr suiker per fles; SG 1010-1012
gistvorming was duidelijk zichtbaar
48 flessen genummerd, laatste flessen zijn troebel
