for crystal try to get Fawcett brand, if no 45 then get 40. Not sure which munich, stick with light.
Had to up the grain bill to hit OG with my efficiency versus the magazines setup.
Mill grains and mash with 3.4Gal of strike water at 163F to reach 152F mash temp. Hold for 60 mins. Sparge with 3.9Gal and top up to run off total kettle volume of 6 gallons. Boil 60 mins. Chill to 60F, below fermentation temp, and pitch yeast after aerating very well. Ferments at 65F for 7 days, then raise temp to 68F for another 7 days. Cold crash at 35F then keg.
Use typical IPA water chemistry.
