Notes

Yeast stayed active for a long period of time, almost one month. It was still somewhat active by the time that I kegged, but I was happy with the flavor and abv. Out of the carboy, the beer is quite juicy. Notes of pineapple, guava, and mango are prevalent. Bitterness is mild and somewhat lingering.
