Brew day was May 26, 2019 - cool 55F degrees - raining - brewed in garage.

-good temp control on mash step using blankets for insulation (151C down to 147C at 60 min).
-no sparge step, just squeezed the bag this time
-Whirlpool hops at 165C for 30 min

    this was a week later than I was originally planning to bottle

    -dissolved 4.8g corn sugar in 2 cups boiling water. cooled
