Notes

Yoooooo it’s time to make a Summer wheat. Whatever, fuck it.

5/18/19: Brew day. This was a rather easy session, and we nailed everything about it right off the bat. Had a scare where we thought we may have fried our boil coil in our HLT immediately, but turned out alright. Didn't originally plan to add Belma at flame-out, but since I had an ounce more than I thought, we said whatever and threw it in. We'll check back on this in a week or so.
